长沙学院留学生申请材料
1. 护照扫描件；
2.《长沙学院留学生入学申请表》；
3. 体检证明《外国人体格检查记录》(必须盖两个章：医院的章或医生的章都可以，一个盖在表格最后面，一个盖在照片处，否则视体检表无效)；
4. 高中毕业证或者大学毕业证。
The materials for application:
1. Scanning copy of the passport.
2. Changsha University Application Form for Admission.
3. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (Invalid if no seal of the doctor or the hospital on across the photo and the end of the form.)
4. High school diploma or certificate of the university.
